Free Insurance Competition Terms & Conditions
- The Prize is One Year’s Free Insurance up to the value of €1000.
- In the event the policy is cancelled either by the Winner and/or the Insurer, no refund will be given.
- Prize does not cover any midterm alterations or charges to the policy.
- Employees of Carole Nash, Atlanta or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter.
- This prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland.
- The prize draw will run up to 31st of December 2022 with 1 winner drawn per month.
- If a winner has paid for their insurance with Close Brothers Premium Finance, then Carole Nash Insurance Consultants (Ireland) DAC will refund the deposit and pay the balance of the policy to Close Brothers Premium Finance
- The prize will be refunded back to the card the customer used to pay for the policy. Should we not have the card details on file bank account details will be required.
- The winner will be chosen at random by Carole Nash. Details of the winning selection process are available on request by emailing [email protected]
- The winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw by phone.
- The winners agree to the use of his/her name and any other relevant details in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners will be used solely in accordance to GDPR laws will not be disclosed to a third party without the winners prior consent.

- Prize is non-transferrable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants via phone as soon as possible by the Promoter.
